Boswellic acid has anti-inflammatory activity in both acute and chronic forms of inflammation in the musculoskeletal system. This is because acetylsugual acid is an inhibitor of the 5-lipoxygenase enzyme. This enzyme is responsible for the formation of leukotriene which  affects inflammatory processes. In a few days, it increases the joy of movement, improving its fluidity. The specificity of the action of boswellic acid is similar to that of non-steroidal anti-rheumatic drugs.

MSM suppresses pain impulses along nerve fibers, has anti-rheumatic and anti-inflammatory effects. It has a significant effect in the regeneration of cartilage tissue in the joints. It supports the tendons construction, ligaments and muscles. It participates in the synthesis of collagen and keratin. It stimulates the antibodies production helping the immune system.

Vitamin C has an antioxidant effect, it positively affects the maintenance of the physiological balance of the connective, cartilage and bone tissues as well as the formation of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Increased demand for vitamin C occurs in stressful situations (transport, competition), increased intensity of workouts, lack of access to pasture, convalescence (after injuries ), weakness and allergies.
